Dream – July 4, 2009

Rollerskating at the Amusement Park.

I dreamed that I was putting on rollerskates (the type from the 70s, not the inline skates of today). I was roller skating along the road when I came across a small amusement park. It could have been a large temporary fair, like the Marshfield Fair.

This particular area had a pretty good sized roller coaster. I stopped skating for a little while to take photos of the lights on the ride. I thought it may be fun to try to roller skate on the roller coaster.

I climb up the stairs to the top of the rollercoaster where the carts are, and I step ahead of the carts. I begin to rollerskate on the tracks going up and down and around the loops. I am going very fast, but am able to navigate the track. It actually winds up being very fun, and I even try to take photos of myself in the mirror as I am zooming by them.
